Spider-Man turns 60 this summer, having debuted in 1962, and Amazing Spider-Man #900 (opens in new tab) (AKA Amazing Spider-Man #6) will arrive just in time to mark the wall-crawler's sexegenarian anniversary by pitting Spidey against a villain who puts a new twist on his classic foes the Sinister Six - the Sinister Adaptoid. 
Written by Zeb Wells with art from Ed McGuiness, Amazing Spider-Man #900 introduces the Sinister Adaptoid, a version of the classic power-copying android Avengers villain the Super-Adaptoid with all the powers of Spider-Man's enemies the Sinister Six, including Doctor Octopus, Electro, Kraven, Vulture, Sandman, and Mysterio.
But where does the Sinister Adaptoid come from? According to Marvel's announcement, it's created by "someone from Spider-Man's past" who captures the Sinister Six and uses them to create it.
